Have you ever felt that gluten-free baking is a somewhat mysterious world where recipes don't always work out? Come and let's make this world much easier, more understandable and, above all, more delicious together.

Tasting Room host Kadri (@hallisilmne) invites you into the kitchen for two hours, where we take a closer look at gluten-free flours and their real-life uses in baking. We'll talk honestly about why one flour works and another doesn't, when to mix, when to substitute, and when to just trust your gut. The goal isn't complicated science, but practical skills that you can take with you to your kitchen right away.

During the workshop:
– let's get acquainted with different gluten-free flours (almond, oat, buckwheat, coconut, etc.)
– we talk about their properties, flavors and textures
– we learn how to combine flours so that baked goods remain moist, airy and really good
– we share tips that help you avoid classic “gluten-free baking” pitfalls

This is not a lecture, but a fun and practical kitchen time. We smell, touch, compare, ask questions and experiment together. In the meantime, we drink tea or coffee, talk about food, life and everything in between.

To conclude the workshop, we'll bake almond chocolate chip cookies together - a recipe that proves that gluten-free baking can be just as comforting and addictive as the classic version. The recipe and experience will be taken home with you.

Event participation conditions:
MAITSERUUM events take place on a specific date and are prepared according to the number of participants. Every reserved spot means we will hold a space for you.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before the event. In this case, we will transfer your participation to the next equivalent MAITSERUUM event.
If you cancel later, the ticket price will not be refunded and participation is not transferable.
