We're making her legendary coriander pesto. Yes, coriander. Before you say "it tastes like soap," it's worth knowing — this pesto has broken more preconceptions than we can count.

This is one of those recipes that just works. Balanced, bold, and dangerously good. The kind you'll start secretly adding to everything and the kind you'll have to consider sharing the recipe for a moment.

We talk about the logic of flavors, texture, and why some combinations make you close your eyes. We mix, taste, adjust, and fine-tune the flavors.

You'll leave with a new favorite recipe and a jar of your own pesto.
And of course — we add flavor to life.

Event participation conditions:

MAITSERUUM events take place on a specific date and are prepared according to the number of participants. Every reserved spot means we will hold a space for you. If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before the event. In this case, we will transfer your participation to the next equivalent MAITSERUUM event.

If you cancel later, the ticket price will not be refunded and participation is not transferable.
